Mr. Dahan has significant experience in business development and M&A across North America, South America, Europe & Asia.

Most recently, Mr. Dahan has consulted hedge funds on investments in various industries. Previously, Mr. Dahan was founder and managing partner of iSimplifi, where he worked with portfolio companies in a wide range of areas including financial strategy, business development and M&A. Prior to that, Mr. Dahan served as the Executive Vice President at eMarketplaces, where he formed and managed the leading on-line electronic exchange with some of the largest product-based trade show companies, including Miller Freeman, United News & Media and GLM.

At News Alert, Mr. Dahan launched the first financial information ASP with partners including Lycos, Cnet, D&B, WellsFargo and Datek. Mr. Dahan was instrumental in creating the first profitable online financial news service which he later sold for 4X revenue.

Mr. Dahan graduated in the top five percent of his class earning a degree in International Business and Finance from Concordia University (Montreal, Canada) and is fluent in three languages.
